Terms and Conditions

The METARcharts service is provided as-is and without warranty either expressed or implied for any purpose. These charts are provided for decorative and entertainment purposes only and are NOT for navigation purposes and the weather data as presented must not be used as part of a pre-flight briefing or for flight planning purposes.

Hand Made to Order

The METARcharts are made by hand, not mass produced or machine made.

Each chart is made to order and as such small variations are to be expected between products. Photography on the website reflects colours as accurately as possible.

Ordering

When you place an order on the website you make an offer to purchase them, we have not made a Contract with you until we accept this order. All products are made to order and subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the product you ordered, or anticipate there to be a delay, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund made.

VAT is not payable on these products, and the website prices shown reflect the total price of the item. Delivery charges will be shown at Checkout as these are calculated based on the number of items and delivery location. Deliveries outside the UK may attract additional charges, and these will be advised before your order is accepted.

We will notify you when your order is accepted by eMail.

Payments

Payments made via our website are processed by a third party ("Stripe"), we do not process or store your Credit Card or other Payment Information.

Warranty

Your METARchart is protected by a 12 month warranty. If the METARchart fails to function correctly as a result of a manufacturing defect or hardware failure within the first 12 months from the date of delivery we will repair or replace your METARchart free of charge.

This warranty does not include cases where the METARchart has been damaged or operated incorrectly, including - but not limited to - use of an inappropriate power supply, use outdoor or in a damp or humid environment, or any unauthoised modification.

Cancellation and Returns

If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than where products have been made to a custom specification or personalised) at any point up to fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.

You are responsible for returning the items in good condition, thereafter a full refund will be issued.
